Most gym programs are generic. This is built specifically around your schedule, goals, and lifestyle. You get weekly coaching, real accountability, and a nutrition plan that flexes with your life — not a PDF you download and never open. That’s exactly who this program is built for. Three sessions per week, roughly 60 minutes each — that’s it. The nutrition approach is designed to work with a demanding schedule: no meal prep marathons, no foods you can’t find at a restaurant, no rigid timing rules. If you can carve out 3 hours a week, you can do this.
Both work. Your training plan is built around whatever equipment you have access to — a commercial gym, a home setup, or even just dumbbells and a bench. We’ll discuss your situation during the onboarding call and build your plan accordingly.
It depends on your starting point and consistency — which is true for any program. The 15–25 lb range represents what clients who follow the program consistently typically achieve. We don’t promise magic, but we do promise a clear plan, real accountability, and adjustments when needed. Your results are a collaboration.
It means no banned foods, no rigid meal plans, no guilt. You’ll get personalized calorie and protein targets, simple guidelines that fit your life, and the freedom to eat out, travel, and enjoy food — while still making progress. Sustainability is the goal, not perfection.
Each week you’ll submit a short check-in — progress photos, weight, and a few notes on how training and nutrition went. You’ll get direct feedback, any necessary adjustments to your plan, and answers to questions. Between check-ins, you have messaging access for anything that comes up day-to-day.
